摘要
本文首先揭示了信息技术对知识经济发育成长的作用和影响;然后通过对信息技术对知识经济的影响的研究,得出:①无论发达国家或发展中国家知识经济时代已经到来。②知识经济随信息技术的发展而发展。③知识经济与传统“工业经济”的本质区别是“可持续发展和不可持续发展”④知识经济时代对中国是一个难得的机遇。
This article first introduces the role and the effect of the information technology to knowledge-based Economy growth.And obtain:① the knowledgebased Economy age has arrived,no matterdeveloped Countries or developing coun-tries;② Knowledge-based Economy isdeveloped with development of informa-tion technology;③ The essential differenc-es between the knowledge-based Econo-my and the old industry economy are de-velopment continued or no;④ The knowl-edge-based Economy age is a rare chanceto our country.
