摘要
本文对建立在转变动力学理论基础上的各种热分析数据处理方法进行了分析、综述,指出了前人工作的局限性.经过严格推导得出了修正Johnson-Mehl-Avrami方程.利用这一方程可以方便、准确地确定玻璃析晶动力学参数和析晶动力学特性,并且实验结果也证实了这一方法的可靠性和普适性.
Various methods for analyzing the experimental data of DTA or DSC have been reviewed in this paper.Their limitation has been discussed.Based on the transformation kinetics, a modified Johnson-Mehl-Avrami equation has been strictly derived.It is confirmed that this modified JMA equation can be widely applied in the study of crystallization kinetics of glasses.With this equation, characteristics of crystallization kinetics in glasses can be easily obtained.
