摘要
档案作为历史的见证，日益受到人们的保护。可是由于保管环境条件所限，不少珍贵档案已开始出现破损、腐烂，档案资料的生命受到极大的威胁。采用先进的处理技术来保护、管理这些无价之宝已是当务之急。着重介绍如何利用图象处理中的扫描输入、汉字识别、压缩与还原等技术来解决这类问题，并同时运用计算机网络技术，实现档案信息资源的共享。
