玻璃纤维拉丝生产中的'电熔'加热系统和'漏板'加热系统的温度控制是保证产量和质量的关键。用MCS-51单片微机控制主回路中可控硅的导通角来实现恒流、恒压智能化控制,可达到间接控制温度的目的。智能化温度控制具有可靠性高、功能强、数字化显示、使用与维修方便等优点。
In polycarbafit fiberdrawing the temperature control of the electric furnace heater system and the leakage heater system is the key to guarantee both quantity and quality of the product. The control of constant current and voltage can be realized by controlling the SCR on-state angle in the main circuit with a MCS-51 single slice microcomputer and thus achieving the purpose of indirect temperature control. The intelligent temperature control instrument is highly dependable and efficient, digital indicating, and easy to use and repair.
