摘要
通过对2205双相不锈钢在铸态、锻态下流变曲线与组织的分析,研究了组织对热加工性能,特别是流变行为、变形抗力及失效特征的影响,讨论了双相不锈钢热加工开裂的机理及其影响因素。结果表明:在相同的热变形条件下,锻态材料较铸态材料具有良好的热加工性能,流变曲线上呈现出的"稳态区"更明显,开裂情况也得到显著改善,但变形抗力有所增加。两相不同的变形机制及初始K-S取向关系、硬且粗大带尖角的奥氏体的不均匀分布是造成双相不锈钢热加工开裂的重要因素。
Influence of microstructure on hot workability especially on flow behavior,deformation resistance and failure characteristics of 2205 duplex stainless steel was investigated.Moreover,the mechanism of cracking and influencing factors in hot working was discussed by flow curves and microstructure analysis of as-cast and as-forged 2205 duplex stainless steel.The results show that as-forged material has better hot workability which appears as flow curves with more obvious steady plateau and remarkable improvement to cracking,but the deformation resistance increases at the same deformation condition.Different deformation mechanism and the initial Kurdjumov-Sachs orientation between ferrite and austenite,un-uniformly distribution of hard and coarse angular austenite are responsible for cracking in hot working of the duplex stainless steel.
