摘要 目的探讨针灸治疗单纯性肥胖中MRI测量腹部脂肪的应用价值。方法对42例单纯性肥胖患者进行电针加耳穴治疗,应用MRI检测出各患者针灸治疗前后腹壁皮下脂肪含量(SA)与腹腔内脏脂肪含量(VA),并按照治疗前的VA/SA≤0.6(A组)和VA/SA>0.6(B组)分为两组,比较治疗前的SA、VA、BMI及VA/SA。结果两组患者的SA、VA、BMI在治疗前后有显著性差异(P<0.01),而A组VA/SA无显著性差异(P>0.05),B组VA/SA有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论电针加耳穴治疗单纯性肥胖不仅能有效减少SA和VA,而且能改善患者的VA和SA的不良分布。 Objective To explore the value of MRI measurement of abdominal fat in the acupuncture treatment of simple obesity.Methods 42 cases of simple obesity patients were treated by auricular electroacupuncture,then MRI was used to measure abdominal subcutaneous adipose area(SA) and visceral adipose area(VA) before and after each acupuncture treatment in patients.Patients according to VA/SA≤0.6(A group) and VA0.6(B group) of pretreatment were divided into two groups,comparing pre-treatment SA,VA,BMI and VA/SA.Results SA,VA,BMI of 2 groups of patients were significantly different regular(P0.01),while VA/SA of A group was no significantly different regular(P0.05),and VA/SA of B group was significantly different regular(P0.05).Conclusion Electro-acupuncture plus auricular therapy for treatment of simple obesity couldn't only be effective in reducing the SA and VA,but also to improve the VA and SA in patients with non-performing distribution.
