摘要
目的总结12例心肌梗死后左室假性室壁瘤（left ventficular pseudo-aneurysms，LVPA）手术的配合及护理体会。方法本组分别通过对LVPA部位、形态、合并畸形的不同特点分别采用直接缝闭法、补片修补法、三明治夹层缝合法进行手术治疗，在修补合并畸形的同时，进行冠状动脉搭桥术。结果通过术前细致的准备、术中密切的配合，12例手术均顺利完成，效果满意。结论体外循环手术需要参与手术人员的共同配合。因此，手术前手术护士应和医生、麻醉师做好沟通，以达到配合默契，器械护士要熟悉手术步骤，术中思想高度集中，密切注意手术的进程，传递器械力求稳、准、轻、快，尽可能缩短体外循环的时间，保证手术的顺利进行。
Objective To summarize co-operation and nursing for 12 cases of post-myocardial infarction left ventricular pseudo-aneurysm （left ventricular pseudo aneurysms, LVPA）. Methods The patients were closed by direct suture method, patch repair method and sandwich method suture surgery to repair the malformation, while coronary artery bypass grafting were carried out according to the characteristics of LVPA site, shape, merging the different features of malformations. Results Twelve patients were operated successfully with satisfied efficacy by preoperative careful preparation and close cooperation surgery. Conclusions Extracorporeal circulation surgery need the co-operative staff. Therefore, pre-operative surgical nurses and doctors should communicate with anesthetists very well in order to achieve tacit understanding,. Instrument nurses should be familiar with surgical procedures, concentrate highly with close attention to the process of operation, transmitting equipment steadily, accurately, lightly and fast, so as to shorten the extracorporeal circulation time as soon as possible and ensure the surgery smoothly.
