经皮肾镜气压弹道及超声碎石清石术治疗结石合并脓肾(附79例报告) 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨经皮肾镜气压弹道及超声碎石清石术治疗结石合并脓肾的手术方法。方法 2005年12月~2009年3月,采用气压弹道联合超声碎石清石术治疗结石合并脓肾79例。结果 79例患者均达到引流通畅的目的,67例1次碎石、清石成功,8例二期清石成功,4例行体外碎石后结石排净。术后复查肾功能恢复或部分恢复74例,肾萎缩5例,无1例需肾切除。结论经皮肾镜气压弹道及超声碎石清石术治疗结石合并脓肾是一种微创、有效、安全的方法。 【Objiective】To explore the treatment of percutaneous nephrolithotripsy with pneumatic and ultrasonic cystolithotripsy for calculus pyonephrosis.【Methods】From October 2005 to February 2009,79 calculus pyonephrosis patients were treated with percutaneous nephrolithotripsy with pneumatic and ultrasonic cystolithotripsy. 【Results】79 patients were drained clearly,67 patient were lithotripsied completely one time. Only 12 patients accepted the second operation,4 patient accepted extracorporeal shock wave lithotripay. 74 patients renal function recovered,5 patients renal atrophy. 【Conclusions】Percurtaneous nephrolithotripsy with pneumatic and ultrasound cystolithotripsy treating for calculus pyonephrosis is a mini-trauma,effective,safe way.
