摘要
挤压筒是挤压机的核心部件。传统挤压筒基本上是自预紧组合筒结构,但在大吨位挤压机中应用有很多困难。该文提出了基于预应力钢丝缠绕技术的剖分-组合式挤压筒的设计方法。钢丝缠绕可以提供全预应力场的保护,从而可以用剖分式外筒代替整体式外筒,用铸钢代替锻钢,显著降低了挤压筒的制造难度和成本。采用有限元方法进行了分析,论证了预应力钢丝缠绕挤压筒结构的可行性和优势。该设计方法在中国建设的世界最大吨位360 MN挤压机项目中得到了实际应用。
The extrusion cylinder is the core component of an extruder.The traditional extrusion cylinder is self prestressed,but this is difficult in large tonnage extruders.A split-assembled extrusion cylinder was developed using pre-stressed steel-wire windings.Since the steel wires can provide whole-field prestress protection for the cylinder,the one-piece wrought external cylinder can be replaced by four split casted parts,which simplifies manufacturing and reduces the cost of the extrusion container.The design method for the prestressed steel-wire winding split-assembled extrusion cylinder is described with an finite element method(FEM) static load analysis to demonstrate the design feasibility.The design has been applied to a 360 MN extruder which will be the largest tonnage extruder in the world.
