欧洲稳态测试循环工况下微粒捕集器的流场分析

摘要 结合欧洲稳态测试循环工况(ESC),对目前广泛应用的壁流式蜂窝陶瓷微粒捕集器建立CFD仿真模型,研究其静压力分布、速度分布、碳颗粒浓度分布规律,预测其对再生反应的影响,并对比分析ESC几种工况下的流场状况及捕集效率,模拟结果显示高速工况下的微粒捕集器内流场速度和排气背压较大,并拥有较好的捕集效率。 A CFD simulation model for currently widely used wall-flow honeycomb ceramic filter is established with ESC test cycle.The effect of the static pressure,velocity and carbon particle volume fraction distributing rules on filter regeneration was conducted.The comparison of the flow conditions and trapping efficiency in several operating conditions of ESC test cycle was analyzed.Simulation results show that a better trapping efficiency taked place at high-speed operating conditions,and at the same time there was higher flow speed and larger exhaust back-pressure.
