摘要
依据三原色原理,按照一定的比例将绿光黑色染料、蓝光染料、红光染料和黄光染料复配在一起,加入适量水,配制成50%的液体黑色染料,然后再加入10%的APAH-1822L助剂,搅拌制得NLD液体黑色染料。NLD液体黑色染料具有不分层、不沉淀的性能,并在皮革的吸收率、水洗牢度、黑度、匀染性、耐干擦、湿擦等各项指标,均已达到或超过制革工业常用的皮革复合黑粉状染料,并且推动了制革工业的自动化发展。
Based on three primary colors elements, green black dye, blue dye, red dye, yellow dye were mixed together, some water was added to obtain 50% liquid black dye, then 10% APAH -1822L dyeing assistant was added to obtain NLD liquid black dye. NLD liquid black dye has the advantages of deposit - free and no stratified. And it is equal or superior to composite black leather dye on absorptivity, washing fastness, blackness, levelling property, resistance to wet/dry rubbing indicators. This above NLD liquid black dye is helpful for promoting the development of leather industry automation.
