摘要
目的探讨益母草注射液在剖宫产中促进子宫收缩减少术后出血的临床价值。方法将220例剖宫产病例随机分为益母草组和缩宫素组各110例,对比两组术中术后出血量、产后出血率、子宫复旧情况。结果除术后24～48h外,其他各时间段益母草组出血量均少于缩宫素组;两组之间产后出血率有统计学意义(P<0.05);益母草组子宫复旧较缩宫素组明显(P<0.05);两组产后出血率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论益母草注射液能减少产后出血,促进子宫复旧,且效果优于缩宫素。
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of reducing Cesarean section hemorrhage and promoting the uterine contraction by using the motherwort injection. Methods 220 Cesarean section ca- ses were randomly divided into the motherwort group and the oxytocin group, the postnatal hemorrhage amounts, the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage and uterus contraction were comparison （19 ~ 0.05）. Results Except postnatal 24~48 hour hemorrhage amount, the postnatal hemorrhage amounts in the motherwort group were less than those in the oxytocin group. There were significant difference （P 0.05）. The uterus contraction of the motherwort group was better than that of the oxytocin group. There was no obvious difference in the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage. Conclusions The mother- wort injection can reduce postpartum hemorrhage and stimulate the uterus contraction. The effect of motherwort injection is better than oxytoein.
