摘要
目的评价模拟微创经皮肾镜取石术(MPCNL)中的体位进行术前CT定位的有效性及安全性,探讨相关技术要点及注意事项。方法回顾性分析40例患者行MPCNL术前CT定位的临床资料,包括诊断、体位、穿刺方法、成功率、并发症及临床效果。结果 40例患者的42次穿刺全部取得成功,术中、术后无严重并发症发生。结论模拟MPCNL手术中的体位进行术前CT定位提供了良好的穿刺参数,缩短了穿刺时间,安全可靠。
Objective To describe our experience of preoperative computerized tomography（CT） guided access for minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy（MPCNL）,and to evaluate the safety and efficacy of the techinque.Methods The clinical data of 40 patients undergoing MPCNL with preoperative CT guidance was collected and retrospectively analyzed,such as the diagnosis,position,puncture,success rate,complications and clinical effect.Results 40 patients out of 42 cases were all successful,and no serious complication happened.Conclusions Preoperative CT guided access for MPCNL can provide proper parameters,shorten the puncture time,that is safe and reliable.
