摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜下活体供睾切取术的可行性和优越性。方法 2例亲属活体供睾采用腹腔镜下活体供睾切取,病例1为父子间供睾,供者55岁。病例2系兄弟间供睾,供者37岁。供者分别随访18个月和9个月。结果两例手术均成功,第一例手术时间29 min,热缺血时间90 s,术中出血约15 ml。第二例手术时间24 min,热缺血时间70 s,术中出血约18 ml。供者术后恢复快,1个月后能恢复正常工作,随访过程中未诉特殊不适。结论腹腔镜下亲属供睾取睾术安全可行,对供体创伤小、术后恢复快。
Objective To investigate the feasibility and advantage of laparoscopic live related donor orchidecomy.Methods Two cases of living relate donor received laparoscopic orchidectomy.Case 1 was between the father and the son for the testicular transplantation,and the donor was 55 years.Case 2 was between the brothers for the testicular transplantation,and the donor was 37 years.The donor were followed up for 18 months and 9 months respectively.Results Both the operations were successfully.The operative time of the first case was 29 min,the warm ischemia time was 90 sec,and the blood loss was about 15ml.The operative time of the second case was 24 min,the warm ischemia time was 70 sec,and the blood loss was about 18 ml.Donor recovered rapidly and back to daily work within 30 days without complications.Conclusions Laparoscopic live related donor orchidectomy can reduce the burden placed on living donor.This approach is available and safe.
