该文介绍了一例65t/h抛煤链条炉飞灰回燃技术的成功改造。通过改造,使原碳含量较高的飞灰重新返回炉膛再次燃烧,从而减少了锅炉的固体未完全燃烧损失(q4),锅炉燃烧效率提高5%,发电成本降低。
Abstract The paper describes an example of the successful retrofit of 65t/h spreader stoker fired chain grate boiler with back fed combustion of fly ash. By retrofit, the fly ash, which contains a relatively high content of original carbon, is made to return to the furnace for recombustion and hereby deminish the boiler's loss of solid state combustibles ( q 4), raise its efficiency by 5% and thus reduce the power generation cost.
