摘要
汽轮机油系统是汽机安全运行的重要组成部分。原有的汽机油管路的化学清洗工艺不仅费时,且费用较大。最新研究出的高浓度快速化学清洗工艺不仅效果好,且耗时少、经济、易行。该工艺已在神头二电厂2号机组的工业实践中获得成功。与贝号机组使用传统工艺相比,费用节省一半,缩短工期1个月,油循环至合格时间缩短37天。
The ealsting traditinnal technology for chemical cleaning of the turbine oil system before unit commisioning not only takeS a lot of time,but also iscostly, the newly developed teclmology is effective, eenomical, easy to be realized and takeS less take, This new technology has successfully been ap-plied to the 500MW turbine unit in Shentou POwer plant NO2. In compararp with the unit Nol, which the traditional technology was used, the newtechnology cut down the expense by 50%. cleaning time by one month and the oil recircalation tabs before the oil system complies with norm by 37days.
