摘要
针对目前供电企业管理体制和科技项目规划的特点，提出将分期实施的ＳＣＡＤＡ／ＥＭＳ、ＤＭＳ、ＭＩＳ、ＧＩＳ、集中抄表系统、数字录音系统以及多媒体应用系统等，用开放式支撑平台的模式，将供电企业自动化多应用系统集成为一体，各个应用系统相对独立地运行。通过Ｗｅｂ方式和系统接口技术，使各客户端可共享应用系统的数据。
According to the speciality of management system and technological projecting of power corporation, this paperproposes a multi-application platform system using open architecture mode that can integrate SCADA/EMS. DMS.MIS.GIS. central metering system. digital sound recording system and multi-media system all together. All the Client station canshare the platform resources through Web technology and system interfaces.
