摘要
恢复控制对缩短停电时间,提高供电可靠性有重要意义。利用现有EMS的信息,提出了恢复控制新方法。该方法利用网络拓扑技术确定候选恢复路径,利用潮流方程和灵敏度计算确定恢复控制手段。仿真计算证明该算法快速有效。
Restoration control is of great importance to reduce the blackout time and to increase the reliability of powersupply. hased on EMS. a new restoration control method is proposed. Topology technique is used to search for therestoration path. Power flow equatlons and sensitivity calculation are used to determine restoration strategy. Results ofsimulation calculation verify that the method is fast and effective.
