摘要
本文介绍了如何应用微型计算机技术使1″光栅分度头本身智能化,再配置适当装置与IBM计算机联网,从而实现了角度及与角度相关的测量工作全部自动化。
This paper looks briefly at the way as how to apply microelectronic technique and single-board computer technology to the 1″ grating dividing head, and endow it with artificial intelligence to process measuring information, The paper also discusses how to provide IEEE-488 communication interface and make it become an evolutionary system for on-line processing with IBM computer, Finally, this review tries explain how to measure angles automatically.
