腹腔镜卵巢打孔术治疗难治性多囊卵巢综合征的临床观察 被引量：5

摘要 目的 探讨腹腔镜卵巢打孔术治疗难治性多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）不孕的效果.方法 对30例难治性PCOS不孕患者行腹腔镜卵巢多点打孔术.术后监测排卵情况、妊娠及妊娠结果 .结果 术后矫正排卵率为86.7%（26/30）,随访14个月累计妊娠24例,妊娠率为80.0%（24/30）,早期流产率为16.7%（4/24）.结论 腹腔镜卵巢多点打孔术能明显改善难治性PCOS患者的排卵和受孕机会.
