摘要
目的:探讨三黄片治疗糖尿病便秘同时对其血管内皮功能的作用。方法:60例糖尿病便秘患者随机分成3组,空白对照组、阳性对照组和三黄片治疗组,检测用药前后血糖及血ET、NO水平,疗程为1个月。结果:3组治疗前后空腹血糖及餐后2小时血糖均无明显差异;三黄片组可明显降低血ET含量,升高NO水平,与其它两组比较有显著差异。结论:三黄片在治疗糖尿病便秘同时对患者的血管内皮功能有保护作用。
Objective:To explore the protective effect of sanhuang tablet on vascular endothelial function of patients with diabetic constipation.Methods:60cases of diabetic constipation were randomly divided into three groups,the blank control,positive control and treated groups,the blank control was given expectant treatment,positive group was given tongbianling capsule,treated group was given sanhuang tablet,one month was one treatment course.The plasma ET,NO and blood glucose levels were determined before and after treated.Results:There were no difference among the three groups on blood glucose level.Sanhuang tablet could lower the ET content of diabetic constipation patients,and raise NO level,there were significant difference between sanhuang tablet group and the other two control groups.Conclusion:Sanhuang tablet can effectively treat diabetic constipation,meanwhile protect vascular endothelial function of patients with diabetic constipation.
