食用香菇过敏患者的临床观察及护理

摘要报告1例因食用香菇导致肝功能受损与皮疹的患者,通过加强病情观察,皮疹、心理、饮食护理等,患者治愈出院。认为对有过敏史的患者应详细询问过敏史、既往史、生活史、接触史,同时可采用皮肤试验、排除性饮食试验等方法,可降低食物过敏的发生风险。
