摘要
目的用胸腺素加中药慢肝合剂，对慢性乙肝的抗病毒效应及临床疗效进行观察。方法胸腺素２０～４０ｍｇ加入１０％ＧＳ２５０ｍｌ静滴，１次／ｄ；慢肝合剂５０ｍｌ／次，２次／ｄ，１月为１疗程，共２～３疗程。结果治疗组７２例ＨＢｅＡｇ阴转率３８％，抗—ＨＢｃ阳转率４０％，临床症状改善率均在７０％以上。结论胸腺素加中药慢肝合剂能抑制乙肝病毒复制，促进病情的恢复。
Objectives To explore the clinical efficiency and antivirus mechnism in chronic
hepatitis of using thymosion plus chinese herbal medicine.Methods Thymosion 40～
20mg+10%Gs 250ml ivD qd,chronic hepatitis herbal medicine composition 50ml bid
po.one course duration is One month the therapy needs two or three course duration
altogether.Results In treatment group,the HBeAg and anti-HBe was 38% and 40%
negative change respectively more than 70% Clinical symptoms were
remission.Conclusions The administration of thymosion plus chinese herbal composition
can inhibit the reproduction of virus hepatitis B and improve the patient recovery.
