摘要
目的:探讨转移抑制基因nm23与膀胱移行细胞癌转移之间的关系。方法:应用Northernblot技术分析12例膀胱移行细胞癌和6例肉眼未见异常的癌旁膀胱粘膜nm23-H1和nm23-H2基因的表达。结果:膀胱移行细胞癌组nm23-H1mRNA表达水平较癌旁膀胱粘膜组显著升高,有盆腔淋巴结转移的膀胱程行细胞癌组的nm23-H1mRNA表达显著高于无盆腔淋巴结转移组(P<0.05),而nm23-H2mRNA在各组间的表达无显著性差异。结论:nm23基因在膀胱移行细胞癌的转移调节中起重要作用。
purpose:To investwite the relation ship between metastasis of bladder transitionalcell cancer and nm23 gene. Methods:Messenger RNA expressions of nm23-H1 and nm23-H2 genewere investigated in 12 cases of human bladder transitional cell tumor and 6 cases of human normalbladder tissue by using the Northern blot techniques. Results:Messenger RNA expression of nm23-H1 was higher in bladder cancer than this in normal bladder tissue and was significantly higher inbladder cancer with metastasis of pelvic lymph nodes than in cases without metastasis (P <0. 05),but messenger RNA expression of nm23-H2 was not sgnificanthy different among the rarious-groups. Conclusions:It was suggested that nm23 gene plays an imprtant role in regulating metas-tasis of transitional cell carcinoma of bladder.
