摘要
社会主义市场经济的建立，医药事业的蓬勃发展，使沿袭了几十年的医院管理模式和医院药房服务模式已不能适应人们对医药消费的需求。从以病人为中心，方便病人角度出发，将医院药房改造成社会药房，改进其服务方式，在管理上有别于社会药房，以医院的技术实力、信誉参与社会药房竞争，既保障了医院经济利益。
Because of building social market economy, the medical services have grown more vigorously. The hospital administration model and the hospital pharmacy service model that have been carried on several decades now are not adapt to the medical consuming demand. Based on the 'patient cen tered' and patients convenience, the hospital pharmacy may be reformed as social drugstore and improved in its service and administration model. Depending on the hospital technical strength and reputation, it will participate in the social drugstore competition. So that will ensure both of the hospital economic benefit and social benefit.
