摘要
目的探讨螺旋CT诊断煤工尘肺大阴影的应用价值。方法回顾对比分析确诊的尘肺大阴影病人的X线胸片与螺旋CT的影像表现并加以比较。结果 42例尘肺大阴影中CT检出直径>10mm的融合结节和团块影42例,X线胸片检出40例,CT检出尘肺并发肺气肿38例,X线胸片检出24例,CT检出尘肺并发肺结核16例,X线胸片检出肺结核12例,CT检出尘肺并发纵隔及肺门淋巴结大或钙化4例,X线胸片检出2例。结论螺旋CT显示尘肺大阴影的影像学特征及并发症的检出优于X线片,对尘肺大阴影的正确,综合诊断具有重要价值。
Objective To assess the Value of Spiral CT in the diagnosis of large shadow of coal worker pneumoconiosis. Methods A retrospective compareson and analysis of Plain films and Spiral CT scan in 42 cases with confirmed diagnosis as pneumoconiosis were done. Results For fusion nodules or bolus more than 10 mm in diameter were detected 42 cases by CT and 40 cases by plain film . emphysema was detected in 38 cases by CT and 24 cases by plain film; Pulmonary tuberculosis was detected in 16 cases. by spiral CT and 12 cases . lymph node enlargement or calcification in mediastinum or pulmonary in 4 cases by spiral CT and 2 cases.by radiography. Conclusions spiral CT is features to radiography in imaging specifcity of large shadow of pneumoconiosis and complications,and it has a practical Value in the diagnosis of this condition.
