摘要
本文重点对灾害时期井下人员避灾和井上人员救灾的路线进行深入的分析和研究,提出了当量长度的概念,即考虑到巷道断面、坡度、风速及局部通行障碍物等因素,计算出来的可以在最短时间内撤退的最安全路线的长度,建立通行难易度指标体系,给出多条路线以供选择,并从中选出最优路线,给以提示和建议。
This article analyzes disaster prevention and rescue route of miners, puts forward the concept of equivalent length. The equivalent length taking into account the roadway, slope, wind speed, local obstacles and other factors, so the safest retreat routes in the shortest time can be calculated, the index system of access difficulty can be established. According to them, the optimal route can be chosen from numbers of routes to give tips and advice.
