摘要
首先论及海洋石油工业设备国产化之重要性，并对欧、美、东亚、东南亚和其他发展中国家及地区之海洋石油设备国产化近况加以简述。进而对加速我国海洋石油工业国产化之进程敬献出若干意见。
Abstract The importance of design and manufacture offshore petroleum industry's equipment in our country is discussed and the technology and equipment on offshore petroleum in USA, France, UK, Italy, German, Japan, Singapore, Brazil and etc nowadays is introduced. Many ideas of design and manufacture of offshore petroleum equipment in our country is suggested.
