微波联合无水乙醇消融活体兔肝的实验研究

摘要 目的探讨微波消融(microwave ablation,MWA)联合经皮无水乙醇注射(percutane-ous ethanol injection,PEI)能否扩大及优化肝组织的消融范围,为肝癌的临床治疗提供实验依据。方法应用新型注水式微波天线消融活体兔30只,分为单纯MWA及MWA+PEI(1.5ml)两组,观察相同的作用时间及功率组合下消融区域的大小及形态特征。结果在相同消融条件下,MWA+PEI的消融范围明显大于单纯MWA组(P<0.05)。结论 MWA+PEI可以明显扩大单针消融的范围,这将有利于提高肝癌的临床疗效。 Objective To investigate whether microwave ablation(MWA) combined with percutaneous ethanol injection(PEI) can expand and optimize the ablated area of liver tissue,and to provide experiment basis for liver cancer clinical treatment.Methods 30 rabbits treated by water injection microwave antenna ablation were used,and they were divided into simple MWA group and MWA + PEI(1.5ml) group.Observe the size and shape characters of the ablated area under the same time and power combination.Results Under the same ablation conditions,the ablated area of the MWA + PEI group was obviously larger than the simple MWA group(P〈0.05).Conclusion MWA + PEI could increase the scope of a single needle ablation,which will help to improve the clinical efficacy of liver cancer.
