对用保温方法解决体积管结蜡问题的不同看法

摘要 对某计量站6台Φ30 mm美国Smith刮板原油流量计进行了5次实验,给出了排量在300 m^3/h、500 m^3/h、700 m^3/h和900m^3/h的流量计系数,根据这些系数进行了流量计系数变化规律与设备磨损及漏失量等关系的分析,指出加盖房屋保温法并未解决标准体积管容积段结蜡问题,补救措施是,继续使用65℃左右的热水清洗体积管,在检定时提前充分加热化蜡和通球,以消除蜡影响。 Five trials on the φ300 mm Smith crude oil P. D flowmeters have been made in a metering station,and, the flowmeter's factors at discharge capacity of 300 m3/h,500 m3/h,700 m3/h,and 900 m3/h have been obtained. On the basis of these factors ,the relation law of change of flowmeter factors/ tear and wear/ oil loss has been analyzed. It is pointed out that the insulated-room method (the flowmeter is installed inside) can not prevent the prover from wax depositing,therefore,the hot water around 65 ℃ should be used to clean the prover,and the full deliquescence wax and pigging should be done prior to flowmeter's calibration to avoid wax deposit.
