摘要
10CrMo910厚壁管广泛用于输送540℃的高温蒸汽,本文结合某石化工厂超高压蒸汽管道的施工,分析了10CrMo910钢的可焊性,从焊接工艺评定、现场焊接与检验、焊后热处理等方面总结了壁厚28mm的该材质厚壁管的焊接技术经验。
10CrMo910 thick wall pipe is widely used for transmission of 540℃ high temperature steam. This article analyzes weldability of 10CrMo910 based on construction of an ultra - high pressure steam pipeline in one petro - chemical works. It summarizes welding experience of 28 mm thick wall pipe in several aspects of welding process evaluation, site welding and inspection and heat treatment after welding.
