摘要
为解决传统测量仪器在功能、成本和体积等方面的矛盾,介绍了一种基于LXI总线的可重构软硬件一体测试系统;该系统由ARM、FPGA、CPLD等器件协同工作,通过LAN接口从PC机获取配置命令,在线配置FPGA电路结构。配合多路模拟信号采集和发生单元,可同步实现示波器、多用表和激励源等多种仪器功能,并可进行灵活组合;可重构一体测试仪具有LXI总线设备升级成本低廉、使用灵活等优点,同时充分利用FPGA在线可重配置技术和通用信号调理技术,实现了多仪器功能的集成;为未来型号测试任务中应用可重构测试技术奠定了基础。
A newly developed LXI testing system based on reconfigurable hardware--software integration technology is introduced in or- der to resolve the contradictions of the traditional test instruments in functionality, cost and size. This system, consisting of ARM, FPGA, CPLD, etc. , operates by processor and PLDs' collaborative work. The system achieves functional reeonfiguration using on--line configura- tion mechanism of FPGA, controlled by Host PC through LAN interface. Multiple independent acquisition units as well as generation units for analog signal make the device capable to operate as oscilloscopes, millimeters, excitation sources and etc. synchronously, All the func- tions are dynamically changeable and able to be recombined following user' s testing requirements. This device inherits the low--cost and flexible feature of LXI equipments, while taking full advantage of FPGA online reeonfiguration technology and general signal conditioning technology, achieves the integration of multi--instrument capabilities and laid the foundation to use reconfigurable technology in future avia- tion testing applications.
