摘要
为满足目前工业现场对测控系统的高精度、实时性和多任务测控的需求,设计了一种基于Labview的工业现场测控系统;介绍了系统的总体结构,并对系统的软件和硬件进行了设计;采用平台级和用户级两级调度策略实现了工业现场测控系统的多任务并行调度,提高了测控系统的运行效率;通过合理配置Labview软件的RT实时引擎,使测控系统的任务循环周期达到毫秒级,提高了系统的实时性;实践表明,该系统具有测量精度高、实时性强及运行稳定等优点,能够满足工业现场的测控需求,具有很好的工业应用前景。
In order to meet the demands of high accuracy, real--time, and multi--task measurement and control in present industry lo- cale, a measurement and control system in industry locale based on Labview is designed. The integrated structure of the system is introduced, and the software and hardware of the system are designed. The multi-- task parallel scheduling of the system is implemented through the scheduling strategy in the platform level and consumer level, which boosted the efficiency of the measurement and control system. The real-- time efficiency of the system is improved through rationally deploying RT engine of Labview software, so that the recycle period of the system reaches millisecond level. The practice has demonstrated that the system has the virtues of high accuracy, high real--time efficiency, and high stabilization, etc. The system can cater the demand of measuring and controlling task in industry locale, and has a brilliant application foreground in the industry.
