摘要
阐述了在目前水资源严重匮乏的形势下大力推广节水灌溉的重要性和必要性,指出加强灌区硬件设施的改造和促进人们用水观念的转变是实现节水灌溉的有效途径。
This paper introduces the importance and necessity to promote the water saving irrigation in the situation of scarcity of water resources at present,and points out that strengthening the hardware transformation of irrigation area and promoting the conceptual change of water use are the effective ways to implement the water saving irrigation.
