摘要
介绍了国内外图书馆志愿服务状况,提出了通过建立志愿者档案、对志愿者实施培训考核、制定有效的激励措施等来完善图书馆志愿者组织管理的建议。
This paper introduces the state of volunteer services in domestic and foreign libraries,and puts forward some suggestions on perfecting the management of volunteer services in library including establishing volunteers＇archives,carrying out the training and assessment for volunteers,and setting up efficient incentive measures,etc.
