摘要
目的:对常见输卵管结扎术并发症做临床分析,并探讨相应的防治措施。方法:12 940例患者施行输卵管结扎手术,术后分析和总结并发症相关因素。结果:并发症发生率为0.14%(18例)。其中,术中并发症10例,术后近期并发症6例,远期并发症2例。结论:严格规范的手术操作和熟练的业务技能,以及对各种情况的正确处理,能够有效控制并发症,从而更好地保障患者的手术质量。
Objective：To analyze the common complications of tubal ligation,and explore the related measure of prevention and treatment.Methods： 12 940 cases of patients were given surgery of tubal ligation,and the related factor of complications were analyzed and summarized after surgery.Results：The rate of complications were 0.14%（18 cases）,including 10 cases during surgery,6 cases in short stage and 2 cases in long stage.Conclusion：Strict and standard surgery operation and fluent technical level,and right treatment for kinds of situation,can control complications effectively and ensure the surgery quality better.
