摘要
目的:探讨呼吸机治疗新生儿呼吸衰竭的疗效。方法:回顾性总结分析2006年5月-2009年4月收入我科并发呼吸衰竭且需进行机械通气治疗的68例新生儿临床资料。结果:68例呼吸衰竭新生儿经呼吸机治疗后,显效19例,有效33例,无效16例,总有效率76.47%。结论:呼吸机治疗新生儿呼吸衰竭是安全有效的,值得基层推广使用。
Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of ventilation treatment in.Methods：Retrospective analysis was performed in 68 neonatal cases who involved in respiratory failure and required mechanical ventilation treatment in our department through May 2006 to April 2009.Results：After ventilator treatment,68 cases with neonatal respiratory failure were revealed that 19 cases were markedly effective,33 cases were effective, 16 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 76.47%.Conclusion：The ventilation in the treatment of neonatal respiratory failure was safe and effective.It was worthy to encourage and use in primary hospital.
