甲状腺功能亢进并脑梗死50例临床分析

摘要 目的:探讨甲状腺功能亢进症(简称甲亢)并发脑梗死患者的临床特点及可能的发病机制。方法:回顾性分析我院2006年1月~2009年12月收治的50例甲亢合并的脑梗死患者的临床表现、诊断与治疗结果。结果:甲亢并发脑梗死患者的临床指标呈现异常,本次研究的50铡患者中治疗后好转46例,死亡2例。结论:甲亢患者有必要监测其脑血管病变的情况,并应积极治疗其并发症。 Objective:To explore the clinical features and possible pathogenesis of hyperthyroidism (referred to as hyperthyroidism) induced cerebral infarction.Methods:Retrospective analysis of our hospital from January 2008 to December 2009 were treated 50 cases of cerebral infarction in patients with hyperthyroidism with clinical and treatment outcomes.Results:Hyperthyroidism complicated with cerebral infarction showed abnormal clinical indicators,this study of 50 patients after treatment,48 cases improved,2 patients of the whole died.Conclusion:Hyperthyroid patients need to monitor the situation of brain vascular disease and its complications should be actively treated.
