摘要
目的:探讨脊柱骨折合并跟骨骨折的临床特点及治疗。方法:复习42例脊柱骨折合并跟骨骨折的病例,总结其受伤机制、临床特点、治疗方法与结果。结果:脊柱骨折合并跟骨骨折正确处理可使伤椎椎体92.5%得到恢复,脊髓损伤82.4%得到有效恢复,对跟骨骨折进行手法整复、撬拨及切开复位,可避免晚期平底足等并发症,降低病残率。结论:脊柱骨折合并跟骨骨折多为高空坠落伤,在抢救生命同时,正确搬运,及时对脊柱骨折合并跟骨骨折进行处理和手术,可提高临床疗效。
Objective：To investigate the clinical characteristics and treatment of spinal fracture with calcaneal fractures.Methods： Review of 42 cases of spinal fracture with calcaneal fractures cases,to conclude the injury mechanism,clinical features,treatment methods and results.Resuits：Withing correctly handle,to 92.5% trauma vertebral vertebral body and 82.4% spinal cord injury have been restored in the Spinal fracture with calcaneal fractures.Fractures of the calcaneus by manipulative reduction,poking and open reduction can avoid late complications such as flat feet and lower morbidity.Conclusion：Spinal fracture with calcaneal fractures,mostly high-altitude fall injuries,save lives at the same time,the correct handling,in a timely manner combined spinal fracture and surgical treatment of caleaneal fractures can improve clinical efficacy.
