摘要
目的:探讨腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除术常见术后并发症的预防及护理措施,提高手术效果。方法:对124例行腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除术的患者的临床并发症资料展开分析,并提出相应护理措施。结果:经过处理,患者的并发症由处理前的37.9%降低到10.5%,下降显著(P<0.05)。结论:对腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除术常见并发症展开分析和处理,对降低患者不适度,保证手术质量是很有意义的。
Objective： To investigate the prevention and nursing measure of common complication after surgery of laparoseopic vaginal hysterectomy, and improve the nursing quality. Methods： The clinical complication data of 124 cases of patients with laparoscopic vaginal hysterectomy were analyzed and the corresponding nursing measure was put forward. Results： After treatment, the complication of muscle injection from 37.9% before surgery decreased to 10.5% after surgery, it showed obvious decline （P 〈 0.01）.Conclusion： The analysis on common complications after surgery for laparoseopic vaginal hysterectomy patients, can keep immoderation of patients for lower level, and guarantee the quality of surgery.
