摘要
近年来,面对全球区域经济整合的加剧、自身经济地位的不断衰微以及大陆日益增强的国际政治经济实力,台湾不得不思考如何融入到世界经济体系中,以防止遭遇被边缘化的危机。马英九上台以来积极推动同大陆签署"两岸经济合作框架协议"(ECFA),但遭到台湾"反对党"及相关人士的强烈反对。本文首先对ECFA的涵义作出界定,而后对一些主要的反ECFA言论做出分析,揭露其欺骗性,再对ECFA的签署给台湾经济发展带来的效益做分析,最后对ECFA在实施过程中可能遭遇的问题作一定的预测。
This article first analysis the meaning of the ECFA, then analysis the major anti-ECFA speech and expose its deceptive, then analysis the benefits of signing the ECFA to Taiwan＇s economic development, and finally forecast the difficulties to the ECFA in the implementation process.
