摘要
目前,高校师生中对入党存在种种不同的动机,高校基层党组织在入党积极分子培养教育模式上仍然或多或少地存在着关门培养、短程培养、定势培养、单一性培养的状况。改变这种现状,一要坚持科学性,改关门培养为公开培养;二要坚持规范性,层层落实培养工作的责任;三要坚持先进性,确保培养教育的质量。
Both the teachers and the students in universities may have different motivations when they demand to join the Party. There is still some room for improvement in the education of the CPC candidates in universities. Some suggestions are brought forward to reform the educational mode.
