颈椎动力平衡失调大鼠椎间盘蛋白多糖的观察 被引量:24

摘要 目的探明颈椎动力平衡失调对颈椎间盘退变的影响乃至在颈椎病发病机制中的作用。方法选择了20只SD大鼠,通过手术直接损伤其颈背部浅层、深层及全层肌群,建立了大鼠颈椎动力平衡失调程度不同的动物模型,6月后观察各造模组颈椎间盘内蛋白多糖量的变化,并与对照组相比较。结果大鼠颈椎动力平衡失调可影响颈椎间盘内蛋白多糖的代谢,加速其降低,依颈椎动力平衡失调程度不同而有差异,影响程度由轻至重依次为深层、浅层、全层肌群损伤组。结论颈椎动力平衡失调可加速颈椎间盘退变。 Objective To determine the influence of cervical dynamic dysequilibrium on the degeneration of cervical intervertebral disc and on the pathogenic mechanism of cervical spondylosis.Methods Twenty SD rats were divided into one control group with pseudo operation and three model groups of cervical dynamic dysequilibrium in different degree with resection of dorsocervical muscles,i.e.resection of superficial,profound and whole muscles,respectively.After six months,cervical intervertebral discs in these animals were taken for determining the content of proteoglycans.Results Cervical dynamic dysequilibrium in rats could affect the metabolism of proteoglycans in cervical intervertebral discs and accelerate the decrease of proteoglycans contents.The degrees of the decrease of proteoglycans were related to the degrees of cervical dynamic dysequilibrium,i.e.light decrease in group of profound muscles resection,moderate decrease in group of superficial muscles resection,and great decrease in group of whole muscles resection.Conclusion Cervical dynamic dysequilibrium can accelerate the degeneration of cervical intervertebral disc with a great significance in the pathogenesis as well as treatment and prophylaxis of cervical spondylosis.
