摘要
四川高粱产业已进入了新的快速发展时期,加强高粱良种繁育是促进高粱产业快速发展的关键环节之一。(1)叙述了四川高粱产业发展与品种利用现状;(2)评述了四川常规高粱品种育成品种数少,滞后于杂交高粱品种选育;高粱良种繁育体系建设滞后,常规良种繁育专业机构少;高粱良种繁育基地建设滞后于杂交水稻、杂交玉米种子生产基地建设,不适应高粱产业新形势发展的现状;(3)提出了应完善高粱良种繁育基地建设规划,明确发展目标和资金投入保障;充分利用农技推广体系资源,引导鼓励社会资源,建立良种繁育基地;加大对高粱新品种选育推广的投入,利用政策杠杆加速杂交糯高粱新品种推广等建议。
The development of Sichuan sorghum has entered a new and rapid period. Strengthening sorghum breeding work is one of the most important ways to improve the development of sorghum industry. （1） The industrial development and varietal utilization of sorghum in Sichuan had been overviewed in this paper. （2） the ordinary seed breeding works of sorghum was lagged behind the breeding of hybrid sorghum and got few cultivars, the seed breeding and propagation system began to lag, the ordinary seed breeding agencys were very few, the sorghum seeds breeding bases were lagged behind the breeding bases of rice and corn, so it could not adaptate the development of new condition. （3） The key to develop the sorghum industry of Sichuan lied in the plan of consummating the base construction of sorghum seed. To increase the investment of sorghum seeds breeding, make use of agricultural technology extension system, innovate investment mechanism, absorb the societal funds, establish breeding bases, increase the investment of new sorghum seed breeding and promoting by policies.
