双子表面活性剂解除地层液相伤害可行性研究 被引量:6

摘要 反凝析液、地层水以及外来工作液的侵入往往会引起凝析气藏气相渗透率的降低。解除这些液相伤害的方法很多,如压裂、注气等,但这些方法现场操作成本太高,而采用化学方法可以大大降低生产成本。为了考察新型双子表面活性剂解除地层液相伤害的可行性,通过测定油水界面张力,确定了解堵体系配方由质量分数为0.2%的TS-1双子表面活性剂和0.5%的NC助剂组成,并利用高压岩心驱替实验探讨了TS-1双子表面活性剂体系解除凝析气藏凝析油堵塞以及油水液相复合堵塞的效果。结果表明,TS-1双子表面活性剂体系具有极低的油水界面张力(0.22mN/m),且能有效解除岩心凝析油和地层水复合堵塞,注入0.7倍孔隙体积时解堵率达60%以上,表现出广阔的应用前景。 Retrograde condensed liquid,formation water and extraneous water in condensate reservoir often causes decline of the gas permeability in the condensate gas reservoir.There are many methods to ameliorate the formation damage,such as fracturing and gas injection and so on,but these methods are too high in cost compared to the chemical methods.In order to examine the injection feasibility of gemini surfactant TS-1 to relieve the formation damage cause by aqueous phase,the interfacial tension of oil and water is measured to ascertain the formula that is composed of 0.2% gemini-surfactant TS-1 and 0.5% auxiliaries NC.And,the performance of TS-1 is verified by the high pressure core displacement test.The experiment result shows that,TS-1 gemini surfactant is of very low interfacial tension (0.22mN/m),and capable of relieving the composite plugging,unplugging above 60% under 0.7 pore volume,caused by core condensate and formation water.It is of high feasibility for the field production.
