非均质性油藏水力喷射钻孔井产能计算公式及其影响因素 被引量:1

摘要 针对非均质性油藏渗透率不均匀、渗流阻力大及剩余油难动用等问题,采用水力喷射钻孔,可有效扩大泄流面积、降低油流阻力、挖掘难动用剩余油,达到提高油井产能的目的。利用保角变换并结合等值渗流阻力原理,推导出了非均质性油藏水力喷射钻孔井的产能公式。通过分析水力喷射钻孔长度、钻孔数、孔径和非均质性对产率比的影响,得出了这些参数对产能的影响。结果表明:各参数对产能的影响不同,钻孔数和钻孔长度对产能影响较大,随着钻孔数和钻孔长度的增大,产能上升很快;非均质性的影响较大,随着非均质性的增强,产能会有明显下降;孔径对产能的影响较小,随着孔径的增大,产能略有增大;对于强非均质性地层,钻孔数和钻孔长度对产能的影响明显;在总孔长一定时,钻孔数越多,产能越小。 Highly dispersed permeability,great percolation resistance and unrecoverable remaining oil are chief development problems for heterogeneous reservoirs.These problems can be resolved by water jet perforating in terms of expanding drainage area,reducing oil flow resistance,extracting remaining oil,and therefore enhancing the producer′s productivity.In this paper,the productivity formula for heterogeneous reservoir is derived by means of conformal transformation and based on theory equivalence vadose resistance.The influence of water jet on productivity is deduced by the influence of productivity ratio by perforation length,perforation number,radius and heterogeneity.It is revealed by the study herein that different parameters may influence the productivity in different aspects,that is,the perforation number and perforation length are directly related with the productivity,the more perforation number and longer perforation,the higher productivity,moreover,the heterogeneity is also significant for the productivity,that is,the lower the heterogeneity the lower productivity.However,the radius is less influential on the productivity,and only minor productivity increased after the radius enlarged.For the highly heterogeneous reservoir,the perforation number and perforation length are most influential for the productivity,and the productivity will drop with more perforation number under certain total perforation length.
