摘要
通过实施关井压锥,塔河油田碳酸盐岩缝洞型油藏大量高含水油井恢复了产能,增油效果明显。在系统总结矿场关井压锥技术的基础上,对塔河油田碳酸盐岩缝洞型油藏关井压锥的机理、选井原则、关井时机、关井时间、开井工作制度进行了探讨。研究结果表明:关井压锥应主要选择边底水能量强、生产层段位于油水界面以上、前期含水率呈缓慢上升型或台阶型、前期缩嘴压锥或控液压锥有效的高含水油井;油井应在含水率大于80%后开始实施关井压锥;在关井压锥期间,关井时间须根据油井具体情况而定,一般为10~20d,开井后工作制度保持在前期正常生产时产液量的75%左右为宜。
Many high water-cut wells producing carbonate fracture-cavity reservoir retrieved production significantly after shutting in suppressing water coning.Based on the analysis on the technique of suppressing water coning in the field,the mechanism of suppressing water coning,well selection principle,shutting timing,shutting period,operation working system are discussed herein.It is indicated that good performance can only be achieved by the wells with high bottom and edge water energy,producing interval above the oil-water contact,and water cut increasing slowly in the early stage.The suppressing water coning should be implemented after the water cut above 80%,and the shutting period should be 10-20 days according to actual producer situation during the suppressing water coning,and the operation working system should be sustained at 75% of the regular liquid production before suppressing water coning.
