摘要
针对高校基层党组织建设问题,采用规范研究的方法,分析了推进高校基层党组织建设创新的重要性和紧迫性,提出要从创新工作思路、创新工作机制、创新工作方法等方面搞好高校基层党组织建设。研究结果有利于促进高校基层党组织建设。
In view of the construction problem of the university basic-level party organization,using standard research method,the authors closely analyze the significance and urgency of promoting innovation in the construction of university basic-level party organization.Then the authors carry out the further research on how to realize the constructive innovation of university basic-level party organization from the innovation of working mentalities,working mechanisms,working methods,and etc.The research conclusion is helpful for promoting the construction of university basic-level party organization.
