摘要
针对独立学院毕业生就业问题,采用理论分析的方法,阐述了独立学院毕业生面临的就业形势,分析了影响独立学院毕业生就业竞争力的因素,提出了鼓励学生多渠道就业、突出专业特色,使人才培养与社会需求相适应等提高独立学院毕业生就业竞争力的建议。研究结果为独立学院毕业生就业竞争力提高的研究有指导价值。
In view of the employment problems of independent colleges’graduates,this article,with the method of theoretical analysis,elaborates the employment status confronted by independent colleges.It also analyzes the factors which affect the graduates’employment competitive ability in independent colleges and puts forward some suggestions to raise the graduates’employment ability in independent colleges such as encouraging graduates multi-channel employment,coordinating the talents fostering and social needs and etc.Finally,we get the conclusion that has value for raising employment competitive ability of independent colleges’graduates.
