摘要
图书档案管理在图书馆的发展和建设中有着举足轻重的作用,现代信息化时代的来临向国土资源图书档案管理提出了信息化建设的新要求。信息化建设是以计算机为基础的电子化、数字化和网络化,这要求国土资源图书档案管理建立起相应的图书自动化管理系统、电子阅览系统和电子服务系统。这种信息系统的建设是一个持续性的系统工程,需要思维、技术、人才等各方面的调整。
The paper introduces the methods about using information technology in library and archives management of land resources.As we know,information technology is a computer-based electronic,digital and network,therefore,the library automation management,electronic reading systems and electronic service system must be built up for land resource library and archives management.The paper goes on to argues that this information system is a continuous systems engineering;and several aspects,such as mental,technical,personnel,need adjustment.
